Knapping Presentation by Van King - March 13, 2009

Van's topic was "Flint Knapping - Making Chipped Stone Tools"
We had a sellout crowd!  We went to the closet twice for additional chairs!
Van discussed how these early treasures were made; he uses only traditional tools & methods for knapping.

A bad "stitch" by Your Webmaster, but you can see that everyone paid attention to the demonstration!
Van brought lots of goodies for us to look at, including his knapping tools!
