Below is a Club Leadership Contact list that is normally included on the website.
We
are trying to put the effort into creating a shareable email address
for each of our committees and club positions. For instance
amlsgemshow@gmail.com has been used for all the show correspondents.
This email is passed to each successor. Having the correspondence from
one place and utilizing the google drive that comes with each email,
this can be a storage place to keep committee related files that carry
over from year to year, successor to successor.
This
will allow a contact email to be published that is not your personal
email. When sending bulk bcc emails you won't be using your personal
email address so replies will go to the shareable email address.
If
each of us would follow through with this email format, it will make it
much easier in the long run. Please show some initiative with your
position and let's get this done.
