Thanks to all that came. We had 15 members tonight. No new members were present.
And thank you to those that brought something for the pot-luck.

Our program was presented by Chase Egli, a Geology student at the University of Alabama. Each summer the UA Department of Geological Sciences offers a five-week field course for undergraduates, with opportunities to apply geologic techniques and principles, such as mapping, data collecting, and reporting. Thank you Chase, you did a wonderful program.

Chase has a lighthearted and youthful way of presentation that brought levity to a discussion about the multi million
year old rocks and geological profile that he and his team researched. It is obvious Chase loves what he is probably going to become his life work.
